Can I get a digital preview before I order?

Yes, it is planned!  Before an order goes into production, you will always receive a digital preview.  This will allow you to visualize the ordered object with your own personalization.  If you are not satisfied with the result, simply ask us for the desired change and we will make it.  Usually, it is a question of rectifying the size of the logo or the writing.  This visual preview is also very useful to see if the colors of the product match your logo.  No order will be produced until we receive your approval on the last visual preview sent.

Can we order advertising fans in small quantities?

Yes, orders can be placed for as few as 20 pieces.  We understand that if your event is small, you may not want to order hundreds or even thousands of personalized fans.  That's why Zaprinta offers small quantity orders.  However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that customizing products involves fixed costs, regardless of the number of pieces ordered.  Therefore, the smaller the quantity, the higher the price per piece.  In order to get the best prices for your personalized fan, you should order larger quantities.

What is the delivery time for my custom fans?

It takes about 10 days to receive your order after confirmation of the digital preview and payment of your order.  The customization of a personalized fan is a lengthy process requiring various steps.  Each product must be handled and customized individually.  This requires skilled personnel and time.  Zaprinta has optimized its production in order to reduce this time to a minimum.  In case of emergency, please contact us, we can sometimes reduce the production time even further.
