In addition, cookies ensure that the information you have entered is stored for you while you are shopping. This privacy statement explains how we handle personal data. By "we", "us" or "we" we mean :
Zaprinta owner and data controller
Rue Perkiets, 6
Owner's contact e-mail address: email@example.com
Our company is to be regarded as a "controller" within the meaning of privacy legislation. We are therefore responsible for compliance with these laws when it comes to your personal data.
Data of a personal nature
Personal data can be provided by you, as a user, for example by filling in a form. Other data is automatically collected by our systems or those of third parties. We only request data that is necessary to process a track or transaction. (Personal) data that is not required does not have to be filled in. However, by providing us with more information, we can help you find your way around better.
Part of the data is (temporarily) stored in cookies and/or sessions. This data is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you as a person or company. How and why we collect data is described in the section "purposes" and in the detailed statement on cookies.
All data that we collect and share with third parties is either anonymised or stored in cookie settings to which the user has given explicit permission. Data that is shared with third parties is contained in a reciprocal processing agreement. In addition, the data is processed via a secure connection. For more information, please see the "Security" section.
Treatment method, location and shelf life
All data collected will be processed for the specific purposes explained below. These data are stored and processed using computers and/or IT tools. Zaprinta employees have access to this data. They process it for purposes related to the function. The owner and the controller of Zaprinta provide the data to the employees in charge of processing and to any external party designated for this purpose.
The data will be processed at Zaprinta branches and other locations where the processing employees and any designated external parties are located.
The data collected and processed will be kept for as long as necessary for the parties required to provide and/or improve Zaprinta's services.
Zaprinta is an online company and processes everything that is based on data. We collect data on visitors and customers. In order to be able to offer our services and execute agreements, we need more information from customers: among other things, an e-mail address and/or a telephone number and/or an address are required in order to be able to process a request or an order. You yourself share this information with us. In each (request) form we have indicated which information is required to be able to process a request or an order.Do you not wish to share this information? If this is the case, we will not be able to help you and the information contained in the form will not be shared with us.
A visit to the Zaprinta websites will not go unnoticed. Fortunately. We use this information to improve our websites and services. Among other things, we measure and track the source of the visit, the pages visited and whether or not they are converted. We also perform A/B tests, track clicks on certain pages and items, and continuously test how we can improve our websites. Don't be afraid: we don't know who you are. This applies to all data that is processed both in our systems and in those of third parties. They are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you personally. In these tests, you enter the test group or control group, box one or box two. We measure the experience in the box, not who is in it.
The information we collect includes functional scripts (without which the site will not work), analysis and recording of clicks, sessions and pages visited, as well as tag management and interaction with the chat function. This information cannot be linked to a specific person.
By accepting "personal cookies", in some cases we know who you are. We can then make you a personal offer. You will then be treated with personal offers, discounts and you will be the first to be informed of our new services and/or products. Some of these offers will be posted on the site and others will be sent to you as soon as you enter an email address.
We understand that you want to stay up to date with the latest information, take advantage of personalised offers and significant discounts. To this end, we periodically send out a newsletter. We will ask you, after your request, if you wish to receive it. You can also subscribe by registering.
In addition, we will send you the e-mails necessary to process your request or order. After a transaction, you will also receive e-mails that may be relevant to you. You can also unsubscribe from these e-mails and the newsletter. This goes without saying.
Inspection and correction
As a customer, you have the right to view the data that Zaprinta holds about you. In the first instance, this is data that you have left or filled in yourself; for example, if you have placed an order or made an enquiry. In addition, marketing-related data may be stored together with this data, such as your position or the number of employees in your company.
You can ask Zaprinta to give you an overview of the data we have about you or to have it corrected or deleted. In addition, you can request restrictions on the processing or requests for the transfer of your data. You can submit a request to this effect using the contact details above. We can then change, anonymise, delete or supplement the data. In addition, we will ask you to make these changes for a legitimate reason. Because we want to avoid abuse and prevent your data from falling into the hands of others, we will also ask you to identify yourself by means of a two-step verification.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. To do so, please contact us using the information above.
Filing a complaint
If you have a complaint about the way we handle your personal data, you have the possibility to submit it to the supervisory authority. In doing so, you have the choice to submit the complaint to the Belgian supervisory authority or to the supervisory authority of the Member State in which you are established. You can find more information about this on the website of the supervisory authorities.
Any data we collect or that you share with us is in good hands. More broadly: all (personal) information that you leave on the website and/or fill in a form, for example, is sent via a secure SSL connection.
The client environment, our own systems and connections with external parties operate via a secure connection. This ensures that third parties cannot access the stored data without authorisation.
