The Doris pan is part of Sagaform's enamel series and is suitable for anything you want to cook over an open fire. The pan is made of enameled carbon steel with a very durable surface. Carbon steel heats up quickly, while the enamel coating protects against rust. Sagaform products are not available for sale in Scandinavia, Finland and Poland.
