Its recycled paper (72 sheets of 120 g/m²) is manufactured from 80% stone waste mixed with a bit of resin (HDPE) to bind the stone powder. This production method requires much fewer raw materials and doesn't involve harmful bleaching agents or toxins. It features a robust spiral binding. The cover is crafted from FSC certified bamboo wood, which is significantly more sustainable compared to traditional wood. The bamboo matures in 5 years (as opposed to 30 to 120 years for trees!) and 4 to 7 new plants sprout from the left-over roots! This notebook exemplifies a standard "cradle to cradle" product, incorporating certified materials that can be recycled indefinitely. Optionally, each item can come in an individual brown kraft paper box.
