Once the device is fully charged, the indicator turns off to save energy. EU and US outlet plugs included. Packed in recycled kraft paper box (9.8 x 12.3 x 5.3 cm). Includes 3 year warranty. We ordered mugs and the delivery arrived after about 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, almost all of the mugs were damaged, presumably during transport. However, after we complained, everything went very quickly: we received perfect replacements just two days later. Truly excellent service – we are thrilled!
