Outstanding personal customer service!
We are very satisfied with the products and the overall experience. You are not a number and get sent off to a robot chat, no - you are able to talk to a real person and they do care (!!) and try to help you. I was very lucky, that Daniel took care of our products ( we ordered personalized luggage and measure device) He even made sure the items arrive on time.
We are very happy to find a company like this. Thank you ????????
