The Role

Zaprinta is a fast-growing European e-commerce company specialised in customised promotional products. We help businesses of all sizes create branded merchandise that leaves a lasting impression.

As an Internal Sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers. You will manage incoming enquiries, guide clients through our product range, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure every order meets their expectations. You will work closely with our international team in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries by phone, email, and live chat from Italian-speaking customers
  • Advise clients on the most suitable promotional products based on their budget, branding, and timeline
  • Prepare and follow up on professional quotations and offers
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics teams
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve queries and improve the customer experience
  • Keep our CRM system up to date with client interactions and sales activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal sales processes

Your Profile

  • Native Italian speaker (spoken & written)
  • Good command of French and/or English
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM software, and e-commerce platforms
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or customer support is a strong advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
