Sales Team Leader
The Role
Zaprinta is a fast-growing European e-commerce company specialised in customised promotional products. Our sales team is the engine that drives our growth, serving businesses across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and beyond.
As Sales Team Leader, you will take charge of a motivated team of internal sales representatives. You will define clear objectives, coach individual team members to reach their full potential, analyse performance data to continuously refine your approach, and personally manage key accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of internal sales representatives to achieve individual and collective targets
- Define and communicate ambitious yet achievable sales objectives aligned with company strategy
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team sessions to provide feedback and drive development
- Personally manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and strategic clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise lead conversion and customer retention
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as the team grows
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce, promotional products, or a related industry
- 2+ years of experience in team management or a leadership role within a sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong coaching and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a significant advantage
- Results-oriented with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
