The printing techniques used to apply the marking of your personalized paper bags are multiple: screen printing, flexography or flocking.  Screen printing consists in using a stencil between the inks and the support to be personalized, i.e. the advertising bags.  Screen printing offers an excellent quality of printing and an optimal durability of the printing.  Flexography is a second technique used to mark customizable paper bags.  It is a relief printing technique similar to letterpress. The printing form is a polymer.

What colors are available for the custom paper bag?

All colors are possible and imaginable for the small quantity custom paper bag.  However, we often find white paper bags and brown kraft paper bags.  Kraft paper is brown because it is composed of 40 e recycled paper pulp which gives it its color.  White paper is made of new, non-recycled paper pulp.  If you need a colored bag, it is also possible.  The colored paper bag is a white paper bag that has been flat printed with color.  Please note that when choosing the color of your custom paper bag, you must make sure to choose a color that will highlight your personalization.  Specifically, if your logo is dark, avoid choosing a dark paper bag color as well.  Indeed, your logo will not be visible.

Don't forget to upload your graphic file containing the logo or graphic design to be printed on the bag.  Finally, all you have to do is make the payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card.  Within 10 days, you will receive your advertising paper bags.

What is the usual delivery time?

The usual delivery time is 10 days.  The personalization of promotional items and paper bags requires different steps and individual handling of each item.  For example, even before the production starts, the production file must be created.  This file is necessary for the machine to personalize the bags.  The machine must then be set up correctly.  This setting varies with each order.  Then, each personalized paper bag must be handled and personalized individually, which requires time and manpower.  We have optimized our processes in order to reduce our production time as much as possible and therefore, the delivery time.

Can we order paper bags printed in small quantities?

Yes, it is possible.  At Zaprinta, we fully understand that it is not always possible or necessary to order hundreds or thousands of pieces.  That's why we offer the possibility to order personalized paper bags in small quantities.  You can order your personalized paper bags from as little as 50 pieces.  Please note, however, that there is a fixed cost for customizing paper bags, regardless of the number of pieces printed.  In other words, the more bags you print, the lower the price per piece.
