How to make my custom document holder order.

With us, everything is easy and intuitive. To place your order, all you have to do is choose the advertising document holder you need and follow the steps to customize your item. So you have to choose the colors, the printing area and colors, the branding, the quantity, etc.

Once this step is done, all you have to do is place the item in your cart, fill in your contact information and choose your payment method to place the order.

    Please note that we send a digital preview within four hours of your order to give you the opportunity to confirm your order. You can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Carte Bleue, ...), by bank transfer or by PayPal.

    What is the minimum and maximum advertising carrier you can order?

    To obtain your advertising holders, you must place an order of at least 25 pieces. Then, you can make an order with as many pieces as you wish. For practical reasons and because we know that time is precious, we have predefined for you 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 pieces, but we give you the possibility to choose your own quantity. You can start with 30, 70 or 2,000 pieces, and at Zaprinta you can order more than 5,000 pieces!

    The delivery service at Zaprinta

    Depending on product availability and printing technology, allow about 10 business days to receive your personalized document holders. Delivery charges are free for an address located in any country of the European Union. If you want to receive your products even faster, you can benefit from express delivery for some of our document holders. However, you will have to take into account the additional costs related to such a delivery.

    We provide a delivery service from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm with professional carriers such as TNT, DPD, DHL or UPS.

    Knowing that we do not deliver to a post office box or to a depot, you must ensure that a person will be present at the time of the delivery in order to sign the receipt. This person will also need to make sure the merchandise is in good condition before validating the receipt.
