Exclusive three-layer copper pan. The first layer is the copper exterior, and the interior consists of a layer of aluminium and a layer of stainless steel, making the pan easy to clean. The copper and aluminium layers conduct heat well, so the pan heats up quickly and evenly. The bottom is reinforced with a thicker stainless steel plate that allows use on an induction hob. The saucepan has stainless steel handles that stay cooler while cooking. Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
