Question 1

The benefits of the custom mug

Accepted Answer

The personalized mug is a large customizable mug with a handle that is also quite large. It allows you to drink hot beverages, such as coffee, tea or hot chocolate, or cold ones. Popularized in the United States, these large printed mugs are both useful to their users while allowing companies, associations and other event organizers to promote their image at a lower cost. Whether the mug is placed on your desk or on your kitchen table, you can't miss the logo printed on the mug. The mug allows you to associate your company with a pleasant moment in the day of its user. Whether it is offered to a client, a supplier, a partner or simply to a friend, the printed mug is an excellent personalized gift. It will always make an impact and will always be used, no matter who you give it to.

Question 2

The different types of custom mugs

Accepted Answer

The personalized mug is available in different materials. The ceramic mug is the classic. It is a pleasant and quite resistant material. There are also models in ceramic, stoneware, glass or plastic. Stoneware is also a pleasant and functional material. Plastic is more shock resistant than stoneware. If you are looking for an isothermal mug, which keeps the drink warm for several hours, it is advisable to choose a stainless steel mug with a cap. Better yet, choose a double-walled mug for better insulation. Finally, there are also more ecological mugs made of bamboo fibers. If ecology is fundamental for you, we advise you to choose this type of mug.

Question 3

The different colors of customizable mugs

Accepted Answer

The white mug is unbeatable. It has been the best seller for years. If you are looking for a colored mug, you will have the choice. Indeed, all colors are available: blue, red, yellow, green, black, orange, pink, purple,... There are also golden or silver mugs. Some models are covered with a slate, like a school blackboard. Often delivered with a chalk, they allow to write a first name, a nice word, a proverb or more pragmatically, your shopping list! Another original mug design is the color-changing mug. When a hot drink is poured into the mug, it changes color. Beyond the colors, the shapes and the capacity of the models can also vary. It's up to you to choose the one that will be best suited to your action!

Question 4

Order your custom mug in small quantities

Accepted Answer

It is not always possible for a small company or sports club with few members to order a large quantity of printed mugs. Zaprinta has thought of this and allows you to order printed mugs from 10 pieces. This small quantity also allows you to test certain mug models before ordering a larger quantity later. We can also provide you with an unprinted sample upon request. Please note that the price varies greatly depending on the quantity ordered. The larger the number of items ordered, the lower the price per piece. This is due to the cost of marking which decreases proportionally to the number of items to be personalized.

Question 5

Promote your business with a custom mug

Accepted Answer

But in fact, why should I order mugs with my company's logo? It is no longer necessary to prove the impact of advertising objects on the increase of the notoriety of a company. However, the fact of personalizing a mug with your image must be reflected to maximize its impact. Should you only print your logo, your company name or additional information? We recommend adding a contact information such as your phone number or website address in addition to the logo. Offering a printed coffee mug to a prospect, customer or supplier strengthens the bond and allows you to constantly place your company's name in front of them. Another advantage of the personalized mug is that your company will be associated with the coffee break, which is a particularly pleasant moment for the user. Unconsciously, you will benefit from the positive impact of this privileged moment. The printed mug is certainly the ideal gift to offer in a professional context.

Question 6

Question 7

Accepted Answer

Question 8

Fast delivery of your large printed mugs

Accepted Answer

The issue of lead time is often crucial when ordering personalized items. Our lead time is usually 10 days after your order is placed. Whether it's a personalized mug or tea cup, we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. However, it should be noted that each personalized product must be individually marked. This means that each piece must be handmade. Each customizable mug is therefore individually personalized. This work requires time and human resources, which means that the production and delivery time is a little longer than with an online store that only offers non-customized products.
