Customized mugs delivered quickly

Accepted Answer

We usually ship all orders within 10 days. When ordering personalized mugs, we have to create the production files and set up the machines according to the product to be personalized. In addition, each item must be handled individually to complete the personalization. As a result, this is more time consuming than sending a finished product as is often the case with traditional online stores. Before your order goes into production, you will receive a digital preview of what the printed product will look like. We will start the production of your promotional mug after receiving your approval of this digital preview.
