Question 1

An environmentally friendly personalized cup

Accepted Answer

The personalized cup can be disposable or reusable. The paper cup is disposable. If the future of the planet is one of your priorities, we advise you to choose a 100% recyclable cardboard or bamboo fiber cup. This type of cup is ideal for use in a company, at the coffee machine, or in a business, for example. The reusable plastic cup is recommended for events. It avoids the waste of thousands of disposable cups. These personalized models are dishwasher safe and can be washed dozens of times. The branding makes them unique and helps promote the event. The cup holder is a necklace with a ring in which the cup is placed. It allows you to keep your cup around your neck without having to hold it. It is particularly practical during events.

Question 2

What material to use for your custom tumbler

Accepted Answer

The personalized cup can be made of different materials. In the category of disposable cups, there are cardboard models and eco models made of bamboo fiber or 100% recyclable paper. If you are concerned about the environment, we recommend that you choose bamboo fiber or 100% recyclable paper cups. In the category of reusable cups, we mainly find plastic, stainless steel and ceramic cups. Rigid and practical, they are dishwasher safe. They can be used multiple times, thus avoiding the waste of using disposable cups for each consumption.

Question 3

The different types of custom cups

Accepted Answer

There are different types of personalized cups. The capacity of the personalized cup can be different. There are models with the following capacities: 12cl, 30cl, 33cl or 50cl. The largest promotional cups offer a capacity of 70cl. The promotional cup can also be equipped with a lid and a straw. The cup with a lid allows you to keep certain hot drinks like coffee for example. Some models are also equipped with a silicone band to avoid burns when pouring a hot drink.

Question 4

A custom cup in different colors

Accepted Answer

The personalized cup is available in a wide variety of colors: blue, red, orange, yellow, green, black, white, pink, fuchsia,... You will always find a color that fits your needs! If it is a personalized wedding cup, the white model is recommended. You will find models offering a transparent or frosted effect particularly aesthetic. In any case, it is essential to choose a color and design that highlights your logo and image. Your logo or design can be printed in one color or in four colors, i.e. in all colors.

You will then have to upload your design and logo and indicate your billing and delivery address. The payment will then have to be made by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. The order is now placed ... You just have to wait for 10 days to receive your order at home.

Question 6

Get your promotional cups quickly.

Accepted Answer

Need cups fast? No problem. Zaprinta can deliver your customized cups in only 10 days. All production processes have been optimized to the maximum. It is important to know that the personalization of a personalized plastic cup takes time. Whatever the printing technique used (screen printing, pad printing, digital UV printing,...), each product must be handled and printed individually. The production files must also be worked on and set up in the machine. This obviously requires more production time than a non-customized product. Despite this, Zaprinta delivers in only 10 days. Even better, in some cases and for some models of plastic cups, we can deliver even faster. Contact us about this!

Question 8

The custom cup deposit at events

Accepted Answer

If you are an event organizer and respect for the environment is part of your values, you may be attracted by the idea of a deposit. What is a deposit? You will have to ask the participants to buy their reusable cup for 1€ (for example). They will be able to use it throughout the festival. This will allow you to avoid disposable cups, which are not very respectful of the environment. At the end of the event, they can choose to bring it back to you to get their money back or to keep it as a souvenir. The returnable cup is the new trend implemented by the organizers of planet-friendly events.

Question 9

Order your promotional cups in small quantities

Accepted Answer

It is not always possible to order large quantities of promotional items and personalized cups. If you are organizing a small private event but you want to have personalized cups, it is possible. Zaprinta allows you to order your personalized cups from 10 pieces.
