What is the usual delivery time for custom glasses?

It usually takes 10 days for you to receive your order after validation of the digital preview and payment of the order.  The production of personalized promotional items is a long and complex process.  Each item must be handled and printed individually.  In addition, the printing machines must be precisely set up for each order.  A production file must also be created specifically for each order.  Despite this, our optimized production processes allow us to deliver quickly within 10 days.

Yes, always.  We always provide a digital preview before your order goes into production.  This digital preview will allow you to see your custom eyewear as it will be printed.  You will be able to see what they will look like in reality.  Various other information such as the size of the printing area or the printing colors used will also be shown in the digital preview.  If you are not happy with the proposal, we will make any changes you feel are necessary.  A new digital preview will then be created.  Production will not begin until you approve the last digital preview received.
